The People Behind the Work
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Curious. Rational. Slightly stubborn (in a useful way).
Do you have a mantra that guides you?
Simple: Just do it.
What advice would you give your younger university self?
Nobody really knows what they are doing at the beginning. Focus on people and business, the rest will follow.
What is the biggest challenge in your job – and what keeps you going?
The real challenge lies in breaking down complexity for clients at intense moments. Shaping uncertainty into structure and seeing early-stage ideas develop into concrete, successful transactions keeps me going.
What would surprise your colleagues about you?
Unwinding exists (sometimes): Quality time with my family and friends in Graubünden, paired with a glass of red wine and Capuns, disregarding my exploding inbox.
If you weren’t a lawyer, what would you be instead?
A craftsman. The initial lawyer. Since I’d still be channeling the same energy into building, creating, and making ideas happen, but with fewer footnotes.

Reflective, Evolving, too curious

Do you have a mantra that guides you?
Fall, rise, fix your crown, and carry on.

What advice would you give your younger university self?
Fake it till you make it.

What is the biggest challenge in your job – and what keeps you going?
Simplify complex and unknown scenarios and break them down to produce the wished outcome. The ambition to solve conflicts keeps me going, ideally thriving.

What would surprise your colleagues about you?
I speak some Swedish.

If you weren’t a lawyer, what would you be instead?
A journalist with a bistro at the seaside, serving a marvelous chocolate cake.
We are a growing, forward-thinking law firm.
You would be joining us at a moment of real momentum. From day one, you will take on meaningful responsibility and have the space to shape how this role evolves.

We value people who are proactive, collaborative, and confident in bringing their ideas to the table.

If this sounds energising rather than overwhelming, we would be delighted to hear from you. Get in touch.
